This fungus is called the death cap and is deadly poisonous. It has been involved in the majority of human deaths due to mushroom poisoning because it resembles several edible mushrooms. People often miskake it for the paddy straw mushroom or Caesar's mushroom.
The fruiting bodies appear in summer and autumn across the entire Europe. They have greenish caps with white stipes and gills.
The toxicity of this fungus is very high, so that half of one cap is enough to kill a human.  Its toxicity is not reduced by cooking, freezing, or drying.
